At Swanson’s Warehouse, we're committed to fostering a vibrant music and event scene here in Greenville. To further this mission, we are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Booking/General Manager for our venue.

Position Overview: As our Booking/General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing inquiries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring seamless event operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly and professionally to email inquiries, providing comprehensive information about venue availability, pricing, and booking procedures.

• Curating a diverse lineup of talent by researching local and non-local bands and performers, and presenting recommendations for approval.

• Overseeing the booking process from initial contact to contract finalization, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with relevant parties.

• Maintaining an up-to-date calendar of events, managing bookings, and coordinating logistics for performances and private functions.

• Utilizing technology skills to edit our Square website platform and create engaging digital posters to promote upcoming shows and events.

• Managing social media channels to drive audience engagement, increase brand awareness, and promote venue offerings.

• Cultivating a deep interest in the music industry, staying informed about emerging trends, local talent, and collaboration opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or a related field.

• Proven experience in event coordination within the music, entertainment, or hospitality industry.

• In-depth knowledge of the local music scene and strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
